Preparation suggestion for Vegetable Stew/ Meat Stew (Serves 6 persons) Heat 4 tbsp oil in a saucepan and sauté garlic and vegetables or meat (as preferred). Add a bottle of Tasbeeka sauce (no need to add fresh tomatoes or tomato paste). Stir until cooked. Serve hot with rice.
