Everything bagel smoked salmon tart with sunny eggs

- Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6.
- Bring the baking soda and water to the boil.
- Roll out the puff pastry, dock with a fork and brush with the baking soda solution. Sprinkle with everything seasoning. Bake for 20 minutes until crisp.
- Fry the capers in oil until crisp. Remove the capers and fry the eggs sunny side up.
- Spread the pastry with cream cheese, top with smoked salmon, eggs, onions and radishes.
- Scatter with fried capers and serve.
