1. Zest and juice eight ClemenGolds and set the zest aside. Pour the juice into ice cube trays and freeze until solid. Slice the remaining ClemenGold.
2. Place the sugar and half the zest in a shallow bowl and rub together. Rub a ClemenGold slice around the rim of two glasses. Dip the rims into the sugar.
3. To serve, divide the NESCAFÉ® Espresso Concentrate Black Coffee between the glasses and add the ClemenGold ice cubes. Pour over the chilled tonic water, then finish with the reserved ClemenGold zest and slice.
