Whipped butter tower

1. Place the butter in a mixing bowl and whip until smooth and light.
2. Gradually add the grapeseed oil and continue whipping until the mixture is fluffy.
3. Place the whipped butter on a flat surface, setting aside. Using a palette knife, shape into a tower.
4. Place the remaining butter in a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle. Pipe rosettes and swirls on the tower to decorate.
5. Serve with fresh crusty bread or toast.
