- Slice the top off the ciabatta loaf and scoop out some of the soft bread inside to create space for the filling.
- Spread the cranberry sauce over both the base and the lid of the loaf.
- Begin layering with half of the provolone cheese, followed by the chicken sausages, roasted vegetables and the remaining cheese.
- Finish with a layer of spinach before placing the lid back on top.
- Wrap the loaf tightly in cling film and place a heavy saucepan or weight on top to press it down.
- Leave for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the layers to compress.
- When ready to serve, slice into sandwiches and enjoy.
