French cheese platter with brûléed Brie de Meaux

- Place the Brie in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with sugar. Grill on high for approx. 3-5 minutes until caramelised. Watch closely.
- Halve the apricots. Quarter the nectarines. Slice the baguettes.
- Layer the fig leaves on a board. Place the Brie in the centre and surround it with the apricots, nectarines and strawberries.
- Decorate with fresh rosemary sprigs and serve with the honey and sliced baguettes.
