Shrimp on the barbie

- Mince the garlic. Juice a lemon.
- In a bowl, toss the prawns with olive oil, crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Preheat the barbecue or grill pan to a medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Thread the prawns onto skewers. Grill for 2–3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and are slightly charred.
- Transfer the prawns to a serving plate. Chop the parsley and scatter over the prawns. Serve with lemon wedges and cold Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
