- Hull the strawberries.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the hulled strawberries in a single layer on the baking sheet. Make sure they’re not touching each other to prevent clumping. Freeze the strawberries for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
- Spoon the yoghurt into bowls.
- Using a grater, grate the frozen strawberries over the yoghurt.
- Serve immediately.
