Sun-dried tomato and paprika dipping sauce

- Mince the garlic. Drain and finely chop the sundried tomatoes.
- In a small pan, heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil over a low heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the smoked paprika, oregano and chilli flakes. Add the sundried tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook for 2 minutes while stirring. Add the warm water and vinegar.
- Transfer to a food processor and blend until smooth. Stir in the remaining olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- Cook the pizza according to package instructions.
- Serve the dipping sauce warm or at room temperature with the pizza crusts for dipping.
