These delicious, gluten-free pork sausages are made on the Essex farm to a traditional recipe using only prime cuts of Wicks Manor pork blended with mixed herbs and spices.

All Wicks Manor pork products are prepared in the farm butchery following unique recipes and using only the very best ingredients. The bacon is dry cured by hand and smoked using a blend of beechwood to give a delicious smokey flavour and the award winning burgers and sausages have a high meat content and are made using prime cuts of British pork.

Preparation Guidelines

Cooking pork thoroughly can eliminate your risk of infection. The meat should be cooked to temperatures of 145–160°F (63–71°C) and allowed to rest for at least three minutes before eating.
