Overview

Designed by an Australian naturopath for maximum nutrition and minimal adulteration, this crunchy cereal is based around the crisp protein-heavy double-hit of cornflakes and toasted almonds, given extra crispness and goodness by pepitas and puffed rice. It works well with milk for breakfast, and with yoghurt as a replenishing snack.

Food for Health founder Narelle Plapp ran two Aussie health food stores and a nutrition clinic before starting her own muesli business in 2006 with that experience firmly in mind. Her range now extends to multiple cereals, fruit bars and probiotic snacks, supplying supermarkets around the world.
