Brief: Although known as cabbage turnip, the Kohlrabi is most definitely all cabbage. Used in salads and coleslaw, Kohlrabi is a popular leaf in both Germany and Kashmir.
One of the great leafy all-rounders, cabbage can be prepared and enjoyed in many different ways. You can eat cabbage raw, stewed, steamed, sautéed, pickled, fermented or braised.
Wash before use, serve in slices or shred.
