So that everyone can enjoy the perfect besciamella too, Sala have cleverly replaced flour with soya protein and milk with soya to create a vegan white sauce that doesn’t compromise on flavour. No one will notice the difference, unless you tell them, of course.

Blessed with delicious vegetables and herbs, northern Italy is the ideal place to create delicious pasta sauce. Secondo and Piera Ercole began harvesting the ingredients over 80 years ago, to make the unmistakable Sacla sauces, which are now eaten around the world.
