Mandi is an iconic Arabic dish that is traditionally made with fragrant rice, aromatic spices and slow-cooked meat. Our incredible Mandi uses spices from Naksha’s Mandi recipe kit, rice cooked in a flavourful saffron stock and smoked chicken from The Mattar Farm. It’s the perfect dish for your iftar table.
