Baked LemonGold feta cheese

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4.
  2. Thinly slice the LemonGolds. Arrange the lemon slices on a lined baking tray and top with the feta cheese.
  3. Whisk together the olive oil, honey and dried rosemary in a small bowl.
  4. Generously drizzle over the LemonGold slices and feta and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden.
  5. Serve the hot feta immediately with crackers or fresh bread.
