  1. To make the dressing, combine the orange juice, lime juice, oregano, clove, honey, vinegar and salt in a bowl and season to taste.
  2. Slice a ciabatta in half and brush with the oil.
  3. Place a griddle pan over a high heat and toast both halves.
  4. Place the lower half of the ciabatta on a plate and spread with 1 tsp of the dressing then top with half the beef followed by half the cheese, pickles and crisps. Cover with the top half. Repeat with the remaining ciabatta.
  5. Serve immediately.
