Berry coconut bliss balls

  1. Place the oats, flour, 30g of coconut, raspberries and dates in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop out and roll the mixture into even-sized balls.
  3. Roll the bliss balls in the remaining desiccated coconut and gently press to ensure the coating sticks.
  4. Freeze for 1 hour before serving.
