Blueberry and lavender fizz
French 5 Mins Prep
- Place the blueberries in a bowl and add the sugar and star anise.
- Break the lavender flowers into the blueberries and mix to combine. Allow to stand for 15 minutes.
- Place the infusion in a cocktail shaker with the Brunswick Aces and shake well to combine.
- Strain the drink into 2 glasses.
- Top up with the soda water and serve.
