Blueberry kiwi iced tea

- Brew the green tea and cool in the fridge.
- Juice half the lemon and slice the remaining half for later. Slice two garnishes of kiwi and dice the rest for blending.
- Blend the kiwis with the green tea, lemon juice and manuka honey until smooth.
- Muddle the blueberries and torn basil in a jug until the berries release their juices.
- Add the sliced lemon and kiwi, then fill the jug with ice.
- Pour over the kiwi green tea mixture and stir gently.
- Serve immediately while cold and fresh.
