  1. Peel, chop and blend the leftover fruit in a food processor until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the yoghurt, condensed milk and blended fruit. Spoon into a loaf tin and freeze overnight.
  3. Remove from the freezer for 10-15 minutes to soften before serving.
