Quick-fry carrot, halloumi and dill balls

  1. Fill a large saucepan with pure sunflower oil (5cms deep) and heat to 180°C.
  2. Mix the 2 large, peeled and grated carrots, grated halloumi and the rest of the ingredients together and shape into tablespoon-size balls.
  3. Fry the balls in batches for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Serve hot.
