- Zest and juice eight ClemenGolds and set the zest aside. Pour the juice into ice cube trays and freeze until solid. Slice the remaining ClemenGold.
- Place the sugar and half the zest in a shallow bowl and rub together. Rub a ClemenGold slice around the rim of two glasses. Dip the rims into the sugar.
- To serve, divide the NESCAFÉ® Espresso Concentrate Black Coffee between the glasses and add the ClemenGold ice cubes. Pour over the chilled tonic water, then finish with the reserved ClemenGold zest and slice.
