Pear, blue cheese and biltong salad

  1. To make the dressing, whisk together the yoghurt, cream, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce until combined.
  2. Stir in the crumbled blue cheese and adjust the seasoning to taste.
  3. On a medium serving platter, arrange the finely sliced ripe pears, drizzle the dressing over and top with blue cheese, beef biltong, toasted sunflower seeds and parsley.
