Quick and easy biltong dip

  1. Place the finely chopped beef biltong, full-fat cream cheese, double cream, fine coriander, fresh thyme and Worcester sauce in a blender and blitz until combined. Be careful not to over mix. Season if required.
  2. Spoon into a serving dish and refrigerate until needed. Crisps or crackers to serve
