  1. Place all the seeds in a saucepan over a low heat and toast, while stirring until fragrant and toasty.
  2. Add the soya sauce and paprika and continue to stir until the liquid evaporates and the seeds are coated.
  3. Spread the seeds onto a sheet of baking paper and allow to cool completely.
  4. Store in an airtight container and serve on salads or vegetables.
