Speedy miso salmon

- To make the sauce, heat a pan over a medium heat and add the butter.
- Once melted, whisk in the miso paste, honey and rice vinegar. If the sauce looks too thick at this point, whisk in the water to let it down slightly.
- Add the already-cooked salmon fillets to the pan and gently turn it in the miso sauce. Cook for 2 minutes until the salmon is heated through.
- Toss the steamed pak choi and sesame seeds in the sesame oil and serve alongside the miso salmon and rice. Garnish with the spring onions.
