Waffles with cinnamon butter love letters

- Beat 125g butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy. Gradually add the eggs, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the honey, buttermilk, vanilla extract and rose water.
- In a separate bowl combine the flour, corn flour, almond flour, baking powder and salt.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a smooth batter forms.
- Heat a waffle maker and cook the batter according to the manufacturer’s instructions until golden.
- For the butter letters, whip 250g butter with the sunflower oil and cinnamon until smooth and fluffy.
- Spread the butter onto a lined tray to about 1cm thickness and freeze until firm.
- Dip small cutters into hot water, then cut letter shapes from the frozen butter. Serve the waffles warm with butter, letters, maple syrup, blueberries and edible flowers.
