Yoghurt and turmeric mango lassi with kefir

  1. Peel, deseed and chop the mango.
  2. Place the mango, yoghurt, kefir, turmeric, honey and cardamom in a blender. Blitz until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water to reach your desired consistency. Taste and add more honey, if needed.
  3. Serve the lassi over ice cubes in glasses.
