Focaccia flatbread with figs, bresaola and goat’s cheese

  1. Slice the figs into quarters.
  2. Dollop the fig jam over the focaccia.
  3. Layer the bresaola slices and fresh fig quarters over the focaccia. Crumble the goat’s cheese and scatter over. Season with sea salt flakes. Scatter over the rocket.
  4. Cut into 8 even squares and serve immediately.
