  • Spinneysfood Fine Grain White Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Ripe apricots 2-3
  • Ripe nectarines 2-3
  • Fresh French baguettes 2
  • Fresh fig leaves 5-6
  • Organic strawberries 250g
  • Spinneysfood Fresh Rosemary sprigs 3 sprigs

French cheese platter with brûléed Brie de Meaux

  1. Place the Brie in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with sugar. Grill on high for approx. 3-5 minutes until caramelised. Watch closely.
  2. Halve the apricots. Quarter the nectarines. Slice the baguettes.
  3. Layer the fig leaves on a board. Place the Brie in the centre and surround it with the apricots, nectarines and strawberries.
  4. Decorate with fresh rosemary sprigs and serve with the honey and sliced baguettes.
