  1. Quarter the figs and juice the lemon. Add all the ingredients to a saucepan.
  2. Cook over a medium heat for 15-20 minutes until jammy.
  3. While the mixture is hot, pour into a sterilised jar. Allow to cool completely before closing the lid.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks
