Hot honey dip

- In a small saucepan, combine the honey, chilli flakes and smoked paprika. Place over a low heat for approx. 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Don’t let it boil, it must be just warm enough to infuse the flavours.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the apple cider vinegar and a pinch of salt.
- For a smooth dip, strain out the chilli flakes. For extra heat and texture, leave them in. Let the dip cool for a few minutes so it thickens slightly.
- Cook the pizza according to package instructions.
- Serve the pizza crusts with the hot honey dip.
