  1. Place the chicken meatballs in a mixing bowl and sprinkle over the Chilli Addict Spice and a pinch of salt. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan over a medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and almost cooked through.
  3. Push the meatballs to one side of the pan and add the butter, honey, and apple cider vinegar to the open space. Stir until melted and bubbling, then toss the meatballs in the hot honey glaze until they are evenly coated. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, spooning the glaze over as it thickens. Reduce the heat slightly if the glaze begins to darken too quickly.
  4. Scatter over the chopped coriander and serve immediately.
