Iced açaí matcha

- To make the açaí layer, combine the açaí purée and 2 tbsp milk in a small bowl. Stir until smooth and pourable. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk the matcha powder with the hot water until fully dissolved and frothy. Stir in 120ml milk and allow to cool slightly.
- Fill two tall glasses with ice. Pour the açaí mixture into each glass to form the base layer. Slowly pour the matcha mixture over the back of a spoon to float it over the açaí layer.
- Serve immediately.
