  1. Finely slice the cucumber in half and then into strips at a diagonal. Place them in a medium-sized bowl along with the salt. Toss well to combine and set aside for 30 minutes to draw out the excess moisture.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients and set aside.
  3. Drain any excess liquid from the cucumbers and rinse thoroughly. Add the dressing to the cucumbers and toss well to combine.
  4. Serve immediately.
