  1. Place the glasses in the freezer while you prepare the mocktail.
  2. Juice the lime and add it to a cocktail shaker. Add the orange juice, olive brine, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and ice cubes into the shaker. Place the lid on and shake vigorously for 2-3 minutes to emulsify.
  3. Remove the glasses from the freezer.
  4. Strain the shaken drink between the two glasses, topping with Belvoir Farm Botanical Soda Bitter Orange Spritz.
  5. Garnish with 3 Nocellara olives skewered on a cocktail stick and serve.
