Olive oil spritz

- Place the glasses in the freezer while you prepare the mocktail.
- Juice the lime and add it to a cocktail shaker. Add the orange juice, olive brine, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and ice cubes into the shaker. Place the lid on and shake vigorously for 2-3 minutes to emulsify.
- Remove the glasses from the freezer.
- Strain the shaken drink between the two glasses, topping with Belvoir Farm Botanical Soda Bitter Orange Spritz.
- Garnish with 3 Nocellara olives skewered on a cocktail stick and serve.
