Ravioli lasagne

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C with the grill setting.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the ravioli for 2 minutes until just tender, then drain and set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, heat a splash of olive oil in a large ovenproof frying pan. Add the beef mince and spices and cook for 5 minutes until browned. Stir in the sliced beef chorizo and pasta sauce.
  4. In a 30cm x 23cm baking dish, start layering the lasagna with the mince at the bottom, followed by the ravioli, cheese sauce and mozzarella cheese. Repeat the process, ending with the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Place the dish under the hot grill for 3-4 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
  6. Scatter over fresh sage leaves and serve immediately.
