Ravioli lasagne

- Preheat the oven to 200°C with the grill setting.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the ravioli for 2 minutes until just tender, then drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, heat a splash of olive oil in a large ovenproof frying pan. Add the beef mince and spices and cook for 5 minutes until browned. Stir in the sliced beef chorizo and pasta sauce.
- In a 30cm x 23cm baking dish, start layering the lasagna with the mince at the bottom, followed by the ravioli, cheese sauce and mozzarella cheese. Repeat the process, ending with the mozzarella cheese.
- Place the dish under the hot grill for 3-4 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
- Scatter over fresh sage leaves and serve immediately.
