Preparation Guidelines
Break off the amount of fondant required and knead until soft and pliable. Roll out on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar to prevent sticking. Cut out decorations or mould into shapes as required.

Store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate. Wrap any remining icing in foil or cling wrap to prevent drying.
