Over 100 years ago Richard Hellmann created Hellmann’s Mayonnaise in a deli in New York. He marked his best mayo products by tying a blue ribbon around them. This blue ribbon is still found on the label and signifies their ongoing commitment to great quality products.
Ingredients
Water, soybean oil, thickener (modified maize starch), pasteurised egg yolk, vinegar, sugar, salt, stabiliser (xanthan gum), natural mustard flavour, acidity regulator (lactic acid), preservative (sorbic acid), lemon juice concentrate, antioxidant (calcium disodium EDTA).
Allergies
Contains soybean, eggs and mustard. May contain traces of milk, fish, gluten, celery and sesame.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
