Preparation Guidelines

Microwave: Cut 2cm off the corner of the bag. Place the baby potatoes and garlic on a microwaveable plate and microwave for 15-18 minutes, or until the garlic and baby potatoes are cooked. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Oven: Preheat the oven to 200˚C, gas mark 6. Place a baking tray in the oven to heat at the same time. Cut 2cm off the top of the bag. Place the baby potatoes on a microwaveable plate and microwave for 4-5 minutes. Place the steamed baby potatoes and melted butter on the baking tray. Slice the baby potatoes in half. Roast for 20-30 minutes, tossing halfway through to ensure they cook evenly and become golden brown. Air fry: Place the baby potatoes in an air fryer basket. Set aside the garlic-herb butter. Air fry on 180˚C for 10 minutes, tossing occasionally to ensure they cook evenly and become golden brown. Once the baby potatoes are cooked, toss through the garlic-herb butter. All cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only. Only reheat food once. Washed and ready to cook.
