Preparation Guidelines

Gently drop pasta into a pot of boiling salted water and cook for approximately 4 minutes. Then drain immediately.

Semolina flour, pasteurised whole egg, water, basil pesto (basil, olive oil, Grana Padano, garlic, salt, pine nuts), Grana Padano (milk, rennet – from cow, lysozyme – from egg) and ricotta (acidity regulator citric acid)

Storage

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5°C and consume within 24 hours.
