Preparation Guidelines

Gently drop pasta into a pot of boiling salted water and cook for approximately 4 minutes. Then drain immediately.

Semolina flour, pasteurised whole egg and four cheeses (mozzarella [pasteurised cow’s milk, low-fat milk, modified food starch, cultures, salt, anti-caking agent cellulose, preservative natamycin, microbial enzymes], Grana Padano [rennet – from cow, lysozyme -– from egg], ricotta [acidity regulator citric acid], gorgonzola [culture penicillium]).

Allergies

Contains wheat, gluten, egg, milk and lactose. Prepared in a facility that handles allergens including nuts.

Storage

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5°C and consume within 24 hours.
