Preparation Guidelines
Gently drop pasta into a pot of boiling salted water and cook for approximately 4 minutes. Then drain immediately.

Semolina flour, pasteurised whole egg, spinach, ricotta (pasteurised cow’s milk, salt, acidity regulator citric acid), Grana Padano (rennet – from cow, lysozyme – from egg), olive oil, salt, garlic, nutmeg and water.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5°C and consume within 24 hours.
