Preparation Guidelines

Sauce is fully cooked. To reheat from chilled: Microwave Empty packet into a microwaveable container, heat for 1 minute. Remove, stir, and heat for a further minute. -750W 2 minutes -900W 2 minutes Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir-fry Meal Suggestion In a hot wok, stir-fry meat or plant-based protein for 3-4 minutes. Add vegetables and stir-fry further for 2-3 minutes. Add pre-boiled noodles or pre-cooked rice, sauce, and mix until piping hot. Serve immediately. Ensure protein and vegetables are fully cooked before serving. All cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only.

Ingredients

Water, coconut milk powder (coconut milk solids, maltodextrin and sodium caseinate), curry paste (fresh green chilli, lemongrass, garlic, shallot, salt, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and galangal), fresh lemongrass, sunflower oil, fresh spinach, fresh coriander, fresh galangal, fresh basil leaves, fish sauce (water, anchovy extract and sugar), sugar, thickening agents (modified starch and hydroxypropyl di-starch phosphate), fresh lemon leaves, lemon juice, salt and vegetable flavour (yeast extract, soya protein, maltodextrin, soyabean oil and celery oil).

Storage

Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5°C and use within 1 day.
