Preparation Guidelines

Hob: Gentle heat 2 mins. Empty the contents of one sachet into a saucepan. Stir in 180ml cold milk. Bring to the boil . Simmer for 2 minutes or until the milk is absorbed. Stirring occasionally. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. Microwave: Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Empty the contents of one sachet into a large microwaveable bowl. Stir in 180ml cold milk and heat on full power. Do not cover. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. For a thicker porridge cook for a further 30 seconds. Do not reheat once cooled. (800W: 1 mins 30 sec, stir then 1 min, 900W: 1 min 15 secs, stir then 1 min, 1000W: 1 min, stir then 1 min)
