Download PDFPreheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4.
Thinly slice the LemonGolds. Arrange the lemon slices on a lined baking tray and top with the feta cheese.
Whisk together the olive oil, honey and dried rosemary in a small bowl.
Generously drizzle over the LemonGold slices and feta and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden.
Serve the hot feta immediately with crackers or fresh bread.
