Download PDFChop the bacon into pieces. Heat a pan over high heat and fry the bacon until crispy. Set aside.
Slice each egg in half lengthways and carefully remove the yolks to a medium bowl. Mash the yolks well with a fork.
Add the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Continue mashing and blending with the fork until the yolk mixture is creamy.
Using a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle, pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg halves.
Garnish with a piece of bacon, sun-dried tomato and micro herbs.
