Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a frying pan
Pan fry the chopped chicken breast until evenly cooked and add a pinch of salt and pepper
Separate the lettuce leaves into cups and add the sliced, half cucumber and a handful of tomatoes
Add the cooked chicken pieces top and a dollop of plain yogurt
