Cut the tofu into small cubes and toss into the flour mixture.
Heat a saucepan with 2cm of oil over a medium heat. Fry the tofu blocks until golden and crispy – usually, approximately 5 minutes.
In a large frying pan over a high heat, warm a little oil then add the tenderstem broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the oyster sauce and fry until the broccoli is tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve the crispy tofu on top of the broccoli.
