Pour into moulds and insert the popsicle sticks. Place the moulds in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Place the moulds under warm running water for a few seconds to help them thaw slightly, then remove the popsicles from the moulds.
The popsicles can be refrozen individually and stored in a zip-top bag in the freezer.
